Sunday, April 1st, Chef Paolo Laboa and Solo Italiano will be featuring and hosting a rare lunch! Peppering the menu will be eggs (both chick and duck) as well as colorful cocktails, rose and tasty pastry. Complimentary Colomba, the Easter version of Panettone, will be served to each table. If you are instead planning on hosting a brunch/lunch/dinner at home, please keep in mind that whole, artisanal Colomba are now for sale in-house.
We would love to have you whether you are celebrating Easter or even the recent Spring Equinox! Greener, warmer weather will have no choice but to welcome our celebration and follow suit. 😉🐣🌷
