Babywearing yoga is an all levels class for mom, dad, grandparent, or caregiver. This class will have a strong focus on connecting with your baby while also enjoying a post baby workout.
Strengthen & Tone your core, arms, and legs, increasing flexibility and balance. Our practice will also take the time to help reduce stress through breathing and poses to help your body and child relax.
There will be at least 30 mins of baby wearing. IF you don't have a carrier the teacher will modify moves to accommodate so that you can hold your baby.
Accommodations will be made for all exercise levels and many if not all will be done near the wall for added support.
This is a safe environment feel free to feed, change or take breaks whenever you want or need.
