Scoliosis is a condition of the spine – the spine is not straight, it is curved. This can restrict physical movement and can be quite painful. There are specific yoga asanas that can help decrease the discomforts associated with Scoliosis and realign the spine. In this workshop Peg will discuss the physical and mental changes that occur with scoliosis. We will review asanas aimed at correcting the shape of the spine, along with effective breathing techniques to improve lung function.
