Embodiment meditation helps to create more spaciousness, peace, and deeper connection to self and others.

This is a simple and accessible seated meditation that uses body awareness to cultivate presence. 30 minute embodiment meditation followed by a 15 minute discussion and sharing. Facilitated by Emily Megas-Russell, LICSW.

$0-$5 suggested donation. Please arrive by 12pm as meditation will start promptly at 12:05. This is not a series- you can join us weekly or just once in a while!
