"Silence isn't empty...
it's full of answers" ~ Tiny Buddha

Silence can both nourish us and frighten us. We seek it often in others and yet sometimes have trouble practicing it ourselves. what does it mean to be in silence with ourselves and others? And were can relating to each other around this concept bring us?

Join us again on the 2nd Monday evening of the month to explore all that is, both said and unsaid, heard and unheard, in silence.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

We use the practices of Authentic Relating to facilitate a safe space where presence, empathy, deep connection and intimacy arise organically. This creates a nourishing, often transformative experience which allows for progressively deeper insight, understanding, exploration and expansion in ourselves, our relationships and lives in general.

If you long for more depth, authenticity and realness in your life - both with other people and in relationship with yourself this meetup may be for you! If you yearn for a community of mindful, conscious and aware people. If you are ready to go beyond quick-fix self-help approaches and superficial law-of-attraction type spirituality and instead dive into the rawness, aliveness and richness of fully experiencing what arises in the present moment when we come together with presence and the intention to drop our masks and show ourselves fully…

All are welcome... alone, with a partner, a parent, or friends... simply bring the desire to connect with others at a deeper level. Consider wearing comfortable layers and feel free to bring a tea mug and slippers. In order to create a safe container doors close promptly at 7:40.

Authentic Relating is a dynamic and fun way to access more understanding conversations with others and the sense of feeling heard. Through the use of interactive partner and group exercises we create a space for you to practice relating authentically and bring your real self to the forefront.

We’ll discover what we experience and share our insights, often gaining greater understanding in this focused feedback, dropping into how we identify with each other's vulnerabilities. Then taking this richness, available in all our relationships, out into our lives as we practice staying present and with our truth while feeling, hearing and connecting with others in deep moments of opportunity.
