Join Diana Marshall, our local Healing, Massage, Yoga, Meditation and Fitness Practitioner to learn a variety of meditation techniques to increase your physical, emotional and spiritual well being. Feel the empowerment of connection these techniques bring as we gather as a community to enhance well being to our valley. Each class will be based on a theme of the month and will include a meditation for group healing. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced. Bolsters, blankets and chairs will be provided or bring your own meditation cushion.
