In this class, we will use simple tools to access an environment of total ease using gentle movement, focused breathing, meditation, and the ancient of art of Yoga Nidra to welcome you into spacious repose.

Andrea Maxine Frade distills the wisdom of spirit into a language of movement, poetry and healing touch. Her passion is weaving a tapestry of ancient wisdom traditions into an experience you can feel in your body. Andrea’s classes hold the space for a delicate balance of powerful connection, self-awareness and spiritual understanding. She is a guide to core creative transformation and supports women in reclaiming their power of intuition through personal mentorship, hands-on healing, circle gatherings and weekend seminars. Her aspiration in life is to move the human spirit into awakening through a practice of beauty. She holds an MFA in Contemporary Art from the Glasgow School of Art and has been teaching and writing about spiritual practice for over 12 years.
