This workshop is an exploration of emotion in air. As an art, the performance of aerial is a dance between being at the mercy of gravity, and wielding our own versions of flight. We will be taking basic and advanced movements in the hammock and learning to emote our movement to an audience. The inner therapeutic journey is expanded outward to tell a story. We will be working with a small choreographed piece and how each body can best explore the movement to tell its story.
This workshop is for advanced practitioners.
Space is limited. Sign up required. Price: $30
