A 3&1/2 hours course including energizing exercises and meditation steps. The technique is simple and thus very beneficial for providing practical help for those engaged in normal daily activities: work, family, etc. So, don't hesitate to invite your friends that you think would benefit from it. The course and the way it is taught fit well people with no introduction to yoga and meditation.
