As a yoga teacher and practitioner, I am passionate about the benefits of a home yoga practice - it is the way that I began my yoga journey many years ago, and has become a tool to work with through the ups and downs of life.
We will spend two hours together looking at simple ways to build your confidence when practicing at home, becoming more familiar with how to design and create your own short sequences, to building a deeper understanding of what your body and mind need at any time.
The workshop is £20 and will include a led group practice, workshop exercises, discussion, and practical tips and tricks to help you maintain your sadhana.
