Spring is in the air and it's time to put all those winter miles to use! We know you've been thinking about the race season for months now and we want to help you get to the starting line feeling strong and prepared. Do you have the goal of running your first 10K? Or Maybe to PR your half marathon? Whatever your goals may be, our 10K and half marathon training program is tailored to runners of every ability and will be sure to teach you something new along the way. Interested runners should be able to run comfortably for at least 30 minutes if planning the 10K and 60 minutes if planning the half.

What to expect:
A flexible 10 week training plan designed to accommodate life’s hectic schedule while helping you train effectively no matter your ability level. With a focus on running efficiency, injury prevention and getting the most out of the time you spend training.
Every Tuesday at 6pm - Smith Middle School - Glastonbury, CT
- 60 minutes of group speedwork led by Coach Aimee Fucci
Every Thursday at 6pm - Connecticut Sports and Fitness - Glastonbury, CT
- 30 minutes of group training/injury education
- 30 minutes of group dynamic core work
Discount at sound RUNNER for the duration of the program.
Registration for this program does not include race registration.
