This comprehensive six-week course is designed to introduce participants to the basic principles and practices of yoga. It is suitable for students of all ages and fitness levels whether you are entirely new to yoga or wish to revise the basics.
During the course, participants will learn key yoga poses, yoga breath awareness, breathing practices, meditative techniques, and relaxation practices. Each week there will be some review and progression. This provides the beginner with a solid foundation for a safe and suitable yoga practice.
