Fermented foods have great added health benefits with probiotics that aid the digestive process. Fermenting vegetables is very easy, low cost and a great way to add these healthy gut helpers into your daily meals. In this hands-on class you will learn the basics of fermenting, make fermented mixed vegetables to take home and sample some different ways to add these fermented foods into your meals.
