The Basic Beginner Series is a 4-week class series designed to provide a foundation on which to build your yoga practice. We'll explore some basic guidelines to help you prepare your body and mind for your practice. We'll teach you how to properly utilize your breath, along with some helpful tools for remaining present and centered. We'll also explore in detail how to find correct alignment, including how to properly modify all of the most commonly practiced yoga postures.
