During this 90min class you will be led through a series of passive postures that penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body to release blockages and increase your energy flow. Focusing on static movement, breath work and meditation will create a profoundly deep and rewarding practice. As you are led through your yoga practice you will receive hands on massage that aligns with the static postures to ease muscle soreness, stimulate injury recovery, increase range of motion and promote overall relaxation.
