DISCOVER AUTHENTIC SOUTH INDIAN FOOD
South Indian Kitchen Journeys is a five-day discovery of authentic South Indian food spread over five weeks.
Each day will accommodate 30 diners to a three-course sit-down meal. Diners are welcome to arrive early to watch the food being prepared and participate in a demonstration and discussion.

A short history of the food and culture of South India, and a little quiz will accompany the meal.
Authentic South Indian cooking requires patience and skill, ingredients that are wonderfully delicate and at the same time, intense on the pallette. The food is not only tasty, it has healing and nourishing qualities.
The use of turmeric, fresh ground coconut, cardamon, murungakkai and mustard seeds make authentic South India food a magical experience, a treat for the senses and healing for the body.
