After an hour of Body Rolling you will feel like you had a workout and a deep massage.

Yamuna Body Rolling helps muscles and fascia become unglued from each other so that bone, muscle and joint can perform more efficiently. It develops bone density and resilience. It develops core strength and tones your body. You will move with greater ease and feel your body supporting you as you do. The first part of your initial class will include learning how to find the core muscles you will need to rely on in order to roll safely and effectively.

Take time to be still in the storm. Sessions are April 12, 19, and 26. 60 dollars for the series, 50 for monthly Autopay members, or 25 per session to drop in. Please call the studio or come in for the discount.
