Yoga Nidra is designed to get students to the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping – right at the "going-to-sleep" stage. This meditative practice can relieve muscular and emotional tension, reduce stress and anxiety, and help with troubles sleeping.
This restorative class is available for anyone. Come in comfortable clothing (the heat will be off, but the room will be warm). We have blankets and props available, but you are welcome to bring your own from home.
