If you are interested in learning spiritually based Tantra and deepening your relationship with yourself and others this is the right workshop for you.
A regular Tantric practice will lead to relaxation, acceptance, and pleasure in the mind and body. In Tantra, we weave and expand our energy within ourselves or our partner, for the purpose of opening up to higher levels of intimacy and connection.
For many, Tantra like meditation and yoga, becomes a spiritual practice. As a spiritual practice, the aim of Tantra is not only to reach a place of complete union with yourself and your lover, but also the world and the divine. While some sexual techniques are covered, the foundation of Tantra is focused on learning methods to help increase energetic awareness and presence within yourself and with others.
