Advanced Audition Class - A, B, C

November 18th, 2017 -9 am - 12:00 pm
Price $60 ($40 if you attend Audition Basics Class on 11/11/2017)

A - Dealing with Rejection (designed for students 13 & older)
Didn't get cast? Didn't get the part you wanted? This workshop will give you further understanding of all the working parts of the audition process so you will have the skills and mindset necessary to move from rejection to resilience in a way that builds confidence for auditions, job interviews and every day relationships.

B - Ready for Rejection (designed for parents)
Parents will observe the Dealing with Rejection workshop to better understand what their students need to know about auditioning. Q & A with honest responses from an experienced director/actor/educator is a component. While parents are attending this brief session, students will work in a different area preparing for a workshop time following.

C - Workshop Time
Remaining session time will focus on individual actors and the observation of those actors being coached. Actors are asked to bring a prepared song or monologue to the workshop. Students will see tremendous value in watching another actor go through the coaching process. Time per actor will depend on number of actors who bring material. Space may be limited and we may have to draw names out of a hat to determine who gets to have their piece coached.

Don't delay - register today!
