In yin-yang yoga the two opposites of yin and yang are practiced through poses in which you fully relax your muscles on the one hand and on the other hand exercise dynamic poses during which you tighthen your muscles. This is combined with natural breathing exercises.
The Western way of living appears a lot like Yang: it focusses on achieving, progressing and is goal-oriented. This often leads to stress, headaches or even burn-outs. To get back into balance, Yin is the binding force: it stands for acceptance, release and surrender.
This workshop will start with a 1.5 hour yin-yang yoga workshop suitable for all levels. After a short break, the workshop continues with a short, fun and relaxing yoga dance session.
Bring a pair of socks, a cardigan, vest or sweater and a towel besides your comfortable sports clothing.
