-commitment to the 3 days of small group training
-ditch the junk and follow a simple & sensible nutrition plan
-bring your best and motivate others in your group
-willingness to believe that positive changes will happen
-track your progress before and after with measurements and photos (all done in very non-judgmental way)
During this 8-week challenge, you receive (24) small group one hour training sessions, access to our private FB group, and nutritional guidelines and recipes. A total WIN-WIN!

Groups begin April 16th (off week of May 28th)
$299 for members / $360 for non-members
