What's better than Yoga? How about Baby Goat yoga!
Join us for a lighthearted all-levels yoga practice at Spring Haven Farm. Come enjoy an hour long outdoors practice in the barnyard with the kids (the goat kids, that is). Make sure to wear comfortable clothes you won't mind getting a little dirty, and bring a mat.

Because of the popularity of previous events, pre-registration is strongly recommended. Registration is $20 per participant, plus a small EventBrite service fee. Children over the age of 3 are welcome with an accompanying adult.

What is Goat Yoga?

Goat yoga is a yoga class where you have the opportunity to engage with the goats while performing instructor led exercises. You can always take a quick break to snuggle a baby goat. The classes are great exersise, fun and they are light hearted. It's worth coming to a session just to experience it!

If you don't get enough one on one time with a goat durring the class, please feel free to stay after and pet and/or hold one: most everyone does. We also have food available for $1 to be able to feed them if you like.

Does this event take place outside?

Yes. This events happens on a farm and outdoors, so make sure to dress appropriately.

What should I bring?

Bring a mat and/or a towel. We provide mat cleaning supplies, bug spray, and sunscreen.

I've never done yoga before. Is this class okay for me?

Yes! This is an all-levels practice, which means you'll be offered more and less challenging options. If you've never done yoga before, just watch your neighbor, and try not to take yourself too seriously. There's no "right" way to do this practice so long as what you're doing feels good. The idea is to have fun and spend time with the animals.

The class I'd like to register for is now full. What are my options?

When a class fills, we open the waitlist. People's plans do occasionally change, so if you sign up for the waitlist, there is a chance a spot will open up for you. Please be aware that one waitlist spot equals one ticket, so if there are multiple people in your group, make sure each person signs up for the waitlist.

I can't make these dates, but I'd like to learn about upcoming goat yoga classes.

No worries. Like or follow Spring Haven Farm on Facebook to stay in the loop. We also offer goat yoga for private events, like birthdays or corporate retreats. Please email, call or text if you're interested.

Is there parking?

Parking is available on-site. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class start time to find a spot and sign in.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not. (Yay!) Just make sure to tell us when you check in what name was used to purchase tickets. That's how we'll find you.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, That is just fine.

How can I contact the organizer with any other questions?

Email andrew@springhaven.farm or call/text 919-407-1806.

Refund policy: Registration will be refunded if a request is made within 7 days of the event. Refunds requested less than 7 days before the event will be made if another attendee can be found to take your place. In the event that class is cancelled due to hazardous weather (lightning or ice), refunds will be given to all participants.
