We'll make our own pizza dough using yeast in order to create our own personal pizzas, using a wide variety of toppings. While rising, we'll make both savory and sweet bread sticks (non-yeast) and a basil-spinach pesto. Preparation of toppings will allow for plenty of knife skills practice. Each participant will go home with a baked pizza and pesto sample. We'll enjoy the bread sticks straight out of the oven at the end of class.
