R. Marie Griffith, the John C. Danforth Distinguished Professor in the Humanities and Director of the John C. Danforth Center on Religion and Politics at Washington University, is the 2018 Marjorie Hall Thulin Scholar in Religion and Contemporary Culture. She will deliver the annual Thulin lecture on “Sex and American Christianity: The Religious Divides that Fractured a Nation.” Admission is free open to the public. There will be a reception following the lecture.
