You’re probably aware of the benefits of meditation for health, stress reduction, improved concentration and mental acuity. What you may not know is that now, thanks to recent breakthroughs, it reaches far beyond these benefits, enabling you to directly tap into a wellspring of latent higher capacities and dramatically accelerate your evolution.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that aides in deep healing, stress release, insomnia, trauma, and overall wellness for the central nervous system. It is done with full consciousness and allows the practitioner to access layers of the subconscious mind with clarity. This allows for the release of many negative patterns in the mind to unravel and ultimately dissolve.
