Have you always been intrigued by the traditional climbing protection hanging behind the counter at the gear store? Do you want to take you climbing into the mountains where you don't have to follow a line of pre-drilled bolts to the anchor? Join our introduction to Traditional Protection Placement clinic. Participants will learn about the different types of traditional protection available, when their use is appropriate, and how to place them into the rock effectively.

Necessary Equipment: Feel free to bring any cams, nuts, hexes, tricams, ballnuts, big-bros, bashies, or pitons that you have. They might not get used, but could add value to the discussion.
BHMG Instructor: Billyjack Cundiff
