Hilary Orsini and Kate McGowan are excited to co-facilitate a recently updated two day Results Based Accountability Training this Spring. Both days will introduce RBA tools, tips and concepts while allowing ample time for participants to practice the tools using their own programs and receive feedback on their work.

As in past trainings, content will include understanding and using population data and performance measures, learning about and then applying the process including identifying and prioritizing potential measures, data collection plans, turn the curves for program evaluation and improvement, and how to use RBA to enhance communications with a variety of audiences. We have added additional focus on leading change, overcoming barriers, and the use of RBA in strategic planning and budgeting.

While this training is appropriate for one person from an organization to take, we highly recommend a team approach. We have found the learning is deeper, capacity to implement the work increases and it is more fun! We are now offering significant discounts to organizations who send teams of 2 or 3.

We hope you’ll join us - whether you are approaching this for the first time or well on the RBA journey and are ready for a refresher or dedicated time to tackle a new program we know the time will be well spent!
