Bring your toddler and get on the dance floor!
This weekly creative movement class will introduce your toddler to all of the many ways bodies move in a fun and supportive environment. You and your little will explore levels, tempo, axial and locomotor movements, elements of yoga, and more. This class is developmentally appropriate for 1-3-year-olds.
Come dressed comfortably for a full range of movement, socks or bare feet encouraged. The space will remain open through 11am for open dance and socialization. PLEASE BE SURE TO LEAVE TOYS AT HOME FOR THE SAFETY OF THE GROUP.
This is a donation based class taught by two local dancers/educators/yoginis/mommas.
*This class is hosted in a church, but we are a secular group with no religious affiliation*
