During this free one hour Hatha class we will focus on a combination of Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asanas (postures that assist the body to stretch and strengthen) and Meditation for a balanced practice to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.
All abilities and experience levels welcome.

Mary Knowland is a Yoga Instructor, Artist, Art Teacher and Reiki Master. She did her 200hr Teacher Training with Barb Leese and is in the process of completing her Certification. Through her own healing journey she developed a strong interest in the Mind-Body Connection and the incredible capacity the body has to heal. She is passionate about Yoga being one of those modalities that assists that.
