Session 3 of a 4 part parent series on social emotional learning. Spaces are limited to SMS parent participation.

Come together with other parents and caregivers to explore ways to support and reinforce your child’s social and emotional learning. It is an opportunity to learn from each other and explore your hopes for your daughter’s social emotional development.

Families are a child’s first teacher and an essential factor in the cultivation of social and emotional competencies throughout a child’s life. When schools and families work together, they can build strong connections that reinforce social-emotional skill development. In fact, research suggests that evidence based SEL programs are more effective when they extend into the home.

This discussion series was developed, by CASEL (Collaborative for Academic Social Emotional learning), to support schools that wish to engage parents and caregivers in conversations about the social and emotional growth of their children.

We look forward to partnering with you to support our students' social-emotional growth.

RSVP today as space is limited.

Although this series was designed to be delivered as a whole, we welcome you to attend any or all of the sessions.
