Save the Date for a Fun Cooking Class with Chef Jon!
Come and learn new recipes to delight your family and friends. St. Mark's Church member, Chef Jon Eiche, will be hosting a hands-on class on the creation of crab stuffed mushrooms and baked asparagus tartlets. Chef Jon has organized this class especially for those of us not used to preparing these kinds of food. Dazzle your guests the next time you host a dinner!

Exciting Fact: Chef Jon and his wife, Evelyn, have contributed recipes to a number of published cookbooks and compiled a cookbook entitled Emmanuel's Heavenly Delights in 1997. Look for more information about Chef Jon on the ECW bulletin board.
