The Library is starting a new series this year called "Try it, you might like it". The last Tuesday of each month, we will be hosting an after hours event involving something you may have not done before, but really want to try! This month we are offering an evening of Yoga for beginners at the Library on Tuesday, April 24th at 8:00 pm.
Come and learn the basics of Yoga with certified Yoga Instructor Sarah Blackler. Sarah has completed her 500 hour Yoga teacher training, and has a diploma in Fitness and Health promotion. Please bring a Yoga mat, and wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in.
Come and see if yoga is something you might like!
