It’s here, the exclusive launch of Deep Hau2 (Pronounced House)
Deep Hau2 is a new concept that uses a combination of body weight exercises such as squats and lunges, performed at low impact (no jumping) but high intensity, as well as intervals that feature combat moves. All the tracks are set to amazing music which distracts from the intensity, meaning the class is awesome, easy to follow and stick to.
LiiTT stands for Low Impact Interval Tempo Training. In a nutshell it uses the fat burning benefits of interval training developed in highly popular HIIT classes, without the stress placed on the body caused by jumping, and it’s all performed to the tempo of awesome house music.
Every class follows the same format, 2 LiiTT tracks followed by a combat track, used as the interval, which also improves balance. This makes the class manageable, as you know you will work hard for approx 6 minutes and then have a little rest... 😉
To celebrate the launch of Deep Hau2 here in Hereford the first class will be absolutely FREE, but there are only 40 spaces, first come, first served.
Classes will run every Thursday at the same venue, St Paul’s Primary School at 7.15-8pm, for £5 per person. Discounts are available if you choose to do multiple classes on the same night, and block booking discounts will save you money on a termly basis.
