Join us for our next Monthly Support and Share Drop-in Night on Tuesday April 3rd, 2018

Our speaker for April is Ian Henderson. The title of the speech is “What Grief is...and isn't”

Ian is a grief educator and facilitator who has helped many through their grieving journey.

This topic is a basic introduction to grief suitable for both the new and ‘experienced’ griever. Ian will give us a better understanding of grief and its natural process. We say natural, because grief is a very natural reaction to losing someone we love. His topic focuses on how grief affects us, and some key factors that will influence your personal grief journey.

Support and Share Night always begins with an educational speaker, followed by an opportunity to connect with others who are grieving a similar loss to yours in a supportive group environment. Groups are facilitated by trained understanding volunteers who have grieved and experienced a similar loss to yours. You are not alone.
