Mixing short flows with longer static holds to create a strong, grounding, practice with attention to alignment and use of the breath, whilst encouraging mindfulness & self-awareness. Classes are tailored for every level of experience.
Props provided but please bring a yoga mat, a few spares are available just in case.

General booking will be open from 28th June.
Please kindly note:
Weekly drop in classes are not available or reduced class packages.
Class passes to be used within allocated 6 week period as stated at time of booking.
All places to be booked and paid for by stated reservation date.
Once paid for passes are non refundable.
Classes are not suitable during pregnancy.
