Join Eileen Estrem, E-RYT, Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher and owner of State of Mind Yoga & Meditation Center and Colleen Ofsanik, CNHP, Naturopathic Practitioner, Craniosacral Therapist, CYT and Director/ Owner of Lovelight Healing Center as they educate and guide you in this gentle, meditative class in a safe and nurturing environment!

Colleen will begin with educating the class on how Stress And Anxiety affect our brain health and offer suggestions on managing the sudden onset of these symptoms through the use of Nutrition, Gut Health (using enzymes and probiotics), Vitamin B’s, Bodywork and Energy Work.

Eileen will then guide you through gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques and a guided meditation. Yoga and meditation have been proven as effective tools to calm the nervous system and rewire the brains stress response to help reduce or alleviate anxiety and depression.
