£100.00 for 12 hours of professional coaching and progressive fitness programming
**Boxing Gloves are not included**
This 6 week course combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with boxing padwork techniques. Don’t worry, no previous boxing experience is needed as you’ll learn progressively over the course. We will take you from beginner basics to punching pros!
These are full body workouts. Alongside your boxing techniques you’ll be taken through various exercises burn body fat and gain lean muscle in your upper body, abs/ core and legs/bum.
You’ll be tested on your fitness levels at the start and at the end of the course to measure your progress.
There’s also optional weigh ins for those looking to lose weight.
