We all suffer from some form of stress in our lives; whether periodic or pervasive, yoga can help alleviate it! In this workshop, we'll explore techniques to reduce anxiety in the present, and work to create patterns to lessen it in the future. Using breath, movement, and meditation you will develop a mind-body tool kit to help restore balance in the present moment. This class will be comprised of both lecture and an all-levels physical practice. Bring a mat, a notebook, and the desire to relax and release. This class is safe and appropriate for all levels of practice.
