We will wheel our cooking equipment into the dining room, to "finish" dishes tableside over a multi-course meal, complete with beverage pairings. This is your opportunity to spend the evening with talented globally traveled culinarians, to learn what make them tick.
Who is the "Meat & Potatoes" chef, who is the "Artiste" chef, who causes tastebud excitement as the "fusion" chef?
This is a multi-disciplined brainstorm of a meal, which we have been comissioned for at twice the price, but, in our own kitchen, we are pleased to bring you at a much-reduced price.
At least four courses, which changes (frankly) based on our mood. Expect a big roast of something, a succulent braise of something, delicate preparations, heavy preparations, gorgeous dishes, and "it ain't fancy, it's food" dishes, with multiple global influences and traditions.
Long table dinners are our "thing" and we are loading the night to impress you.
