Starting May 1st - lets spring into Spring with this 4 week program. Joining Allison every Tuesday and Thursday stroller in hand, let's push Pilates to a whole new level.
Stroller Pilates is a baby friendly, full body workout. These 4 weeks are designed to build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Let's take on the streets of Stouffville. Lets show our babes who the real babes are.
All levels welcome. Baby must be 6 weeks and up and remain in stroller for duration. Jogging stroller not required.
