Hypertrophy Bootcamp (4 days) April 27- 30, 2018
The Four-Day Hypertrophy Bootcamp is an intensive program unlike any program you have ever tried before.
The Bootcamp is spread across four days with a total of eight workouts, that means for the four days of the Bootcamp you will be training twice per day. Training is divided into blocks in which you will train either chest and back, legs, arms and shoulders, core, low back and stabilisation muscles. This program has been designed for one purpose increasing muscle mass in the shortest time possible - Each Bootcamp has a capacity of just 4 people.
