Join Sound Practitioner Simone for a powerful and cleansing Gong bath and Sound Immersion.

Through sound of gongs, crystal bowls and other drone instruments, some pranayama kriya and guided relaxation Simone will facilitate a reintegration and rebalancing of the the overall energetic vibrance of the body and subtle body by re-activating a new quality of energy (Prana) along the spine.
Gongs with their cluster tones harmonic-dissonant intervals and binaural beats are powerful instruments that facilitate the listener to enter into a different state of consciousness, a deeper relaxed state also known as altered state of consciousness (ASC) similar state of deep meditation.

Many researches are now showing that staying in ASC for prolonged amount of time has enormous benefit on the individual such as encouraging a softening of the ego state therefore welcoming a more unified thinking, self-awareness, openness, creativity, energetic shifts and on a physical domain lowering blood pressure and certain chemical in the blood such as stress hormone cortisol level, boosting cellular repair and cleansing activity.

About Simone
Simone, is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and fully qualified Sound Therapist.
Feeling the need to use is music abilities for a more holistic purpose, Simone specialises in playing the gongs which he fully discovered when training at the British Academy of Sound Therapy in 2014 and then mastered with the Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux in various seminars. He’s also received Kriya yoga initiation and meditation training in India, practice who often incorporate in his sound experiences.

Simone is passionate about blurring the boundaries between sound art and sound healing believing that pure sound form has the ability to expand consciousness to an higher level. He has performed in venues such as the Tate Modern, Sadlers Wells Theatre, experimental venue Cafe Oto and the Centre of Contemporary Art Glasgow and released several records with different projects. He holds regular gong baths in London and abroad.
