For this next segment, we will briefly review and add on to what we covered last session. Our focus will be movement. Movement will be our primary theme throughout all ranges. We will look at other ways to defend from long range, how to combine long range and close quarters. We will look at safely restraining individuals in clinch (but having the capability to escalate restraining methods), more options for the ground (plus a surprise portion), further concepts for handling multiple attackers, and more fun with sticks.
