Step 1 - Get Ready

Once you register, you'll receive your series of information emails containing confirmation details, where to come along to, what to bring, and most importantly a form to download and complete to tell us a little about you.

Step 2 - On the Day

Arrive 10 minutes early so you don't feel rushed or under pressure. We'll greet you, explain the session, review your health form and discuss what you want to gain from your fitness session and introduce you to the other women working out with you.

As with all of our clients, you will be under the watchful eye of your Personal Trainer who will ensure you get the most from your time with us.

Step 3 - At the End

At the end of the session, we check in with all of our clients to see how they are feeling and provide additional tips and challenges for the day. You'll receive your BONUSes and we'll provide you an overview of FITFlex - how it works, how often and answer any questions you might have.
