Emmett was Certified Spring Forest Qigong Level One Instructor and recertification Level One Level Two & Master Healer! He has been a resident of this planet for 78 years and has overcome a lot of challenges (physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically & spiritually) with Qigong and wants to share his experiences with you!! Qigong is not a religion but will enhance your Spirituality!!
Qigong is an ancient practice that dates back at least 4,000 years. It is considered a cornerstone of Chinese Medicine and includes gentle physical movements, visualization, and meditation. SFQ is a modernized form of Qigong, and was created by International Qigong Master Chunyi Lin with a focus on gaining the greatest benefit in the shortest amount of time. SFQ can improve all aspects of health - circulation; flexibility; strengthening immunity; emotional stability; mental clarity; stress reduction; and pain relief - all while providing an increased sense of happiness and vitality. It is teaching mindfulness in the present moment.
