New Perfectland by Rob Di Leo
Performance: April 6 at 7pm
This original play follows the story of a collection of puppets and their enigmatic master, Simon. Together, they sing songs, play games, and learn about the world. Their relationship however, is uneven. Simon has no qualms about the well-being of his subordinates, and treats them with reckless indifference, using fear and punishment to maintain control. While Simon is quite happy with this arrangement, his recent loss of employment and growing tensions among his puppets threaten to upend the established order, and plunge all of New Perfectland into chaos.
