For her who has given selflessly and loved you unconditionally. Honour her this Mother's Day by sharing a special afternoon together. Connect by practicing side by side and having some light-hearted fun in partner yoga poses. You will learn adjustments and massages to treat your special mother as she rests in Savasana. Share this with your mother, grandmother or any other special mother in your life.
This class is by donation. All levels welcome. Minimum age 7. All proceeds will be donated to Ann Davis Transition Society to support women in our community.
