Yoga Instructors Mary Beth Reinhard and Chayse McLaughlin will help you work on not only your core and upper body, but develop strength and balance through the use of balancing poses taught in this workshop. Learn two person poses, as well as group poses. Experience a new dimension of yoga!

Have you always wanted to try Acro Yoga?! For those of you who don't know, Acro Yoga is a combination of acrobatics and yoga all practiced with a partner. The building block is the understanding of trust. Through Acro Yoga, one can establish trust not only within yourself but with your partner, all while having fun! At our beginner's workshop, you will learn basic static poses and by the end of the workshop be able to flow from one pose to the next and for our class no partner is necessary!
