What is Zumba?
Zumba Fitness takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Zumba Fitness is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
What is R.I.P.P.E.D?
The R.I.P.P.E.D. class follows its acronym and changes up the workout every 6 to 9 minutes, allowing every muscle group to get a quick yet effective workout, thus the tagline – One Stop Body Shock. The first five components are taught in a 50 minute class, while the last component, Diet, can be found R.I.P.P.E.D. website. R.I.P.P.E.D. is designed for all fitness levels, allowing a fitness novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense full body workout.
